Founder
Trisha Montag, CEO
Trisha started the company in 2011 and still runs it hands-on. She owns commercial and residential units of her own across the tri-cities, so the advice she gives landlords is advice she takes herself. She watches the rental market closely, holds the team to a high standard, and will tell you plainly that the people on this page are the best part of the business.
Noah Koop
Director of Maintenance & Leasing
Seven years with the company and in charge of both the maintenance and leasing departments. If a property is well-kept and a new client onboarded smoothly, Noah had a hand in it.
Cole Wilton
Financial Controller
Handles the money side: reconciliations, receivables, and owner payments, portals, invoices and statements. His background mixes accounting with marketing, degree included.
Debbie Montag
Landlord Licensing & Office Support
Helps owners through local licensing requirements and keeps the office itself running. Debbie is also Trisha's mother and has been part of the business since day one.
Nada Cupic
Field Inspector Specialist
More than a decade of inspections and general contracting behind her, plus paralegal experience at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Little gets past her on a walkthrough.
Skylar Escott
Office Administrator
First voice you'll hear when you call the office. Skylar coordinates contractors, move-ins and cleanings, with a customer service background from hospitality and events.
Tavleen Kaur
Legal & Collections Coordinator
Handles collections, payment plans and legal paperwork, and keeps landlords in the loop while she does it. Everything filed by the book.
Clayton Johnson
Maintenance Coordinator
Joined in June 2025 to keep repair requests organized and everyone informed until the job is done. His Honours degree in Biology shows in how methodically he works a problem.
Malika Chugh
Leasing Administrator
Often a new tenant's first contact, guiding applications and organizing move-ins. Joined in June 2025 with a background in customer service, programming and design.
Shea Hinds
Leasing Specialist
Markets properties and manages the rental process end to end. Seven years in sales, a Business Marketing diploma, and two rental properties of his own.
Michael Pfeifer
Maintenance Coordinator
Works with tenants, owners and contractors to get maintenance sorted quickly. Came to us from commercial exterior maintenance, so he's comfortable on both sides of a work order.

Security
Office security, trained at Baden K-9 in Niagara Falls with over 3,600 hours of tolerance and bite training. Keeps the staff safe.
John Rosh
Manager of Off-Site Operations
Six years of property management experience, focused on tenant relations and rent collection for our off-site operations. The complicated disputes usually end up with John, and he untangles them calmly.
Ben Reyes
Resident Accounts & Support Coordinator
Runs rent collections, landlord communication and cases at the Landlord and Tenant Board. More than a decade in the industry and a seasoned investor, so he knows both sides of the ledger.

Gets listings maximum exposure, manages applications and works with owners on approvals. Two years in leasing and counting.

Maintenance Coordinator
Two years coordinating repairs and contractors, with an MBA in Banking and Finance. Complex, multi-trade jobs land on his desk.

A former web developer who now runs leases from draft to signature. Detail-oriented in the way you'd hope a person who used to debug code would be.
